You're off! You've got the "pocket" and you've got a load of rectangular fabric "inserts" .... now what?
I did try to film a video for this, but doing this one handed while holding a phone and talking is absolutely impossible - so here is the written version!
You can start with the poppers set at the right size for your baby, or they can be fully open and snapped down afterwards, whichever works better for you. As a beginner, you may find it easier to stuff with the poppers open, and close them down afterwards.
All snaps open, for easy stuffing
Have your insert ready. I'll show you with one insert, which will be enough for many babies. As the child gets older, and the wee's get bigger - you may need to add a second one

I find it easiest to clutch the end of the insert on the ends of my fingers, and lay the insert down my the inside of my forearm - you're looking to get it into the pocket flat, if it's not flat or there's are gaps, fluid will leak

Now stuff!

Hold the pocket open with your other hand, and slide it in - think a cow at the vets

When it's all the way end, send your other hand over to pinch the end of the insert in place while you retract your arm
.

Check that it's flat
.
.
And you're good to go
