Shipping Policy
At Green Cheeks, everything is prepared with care by a super small, mum-run business. This means your order may arrive in different timeframes depending on whether it’s ready-made or made to order.
📦 Dispatch Times
Stocked Items
Ready-made items will be dispatched within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).
During busy seasons this may be slightly extended, but we’ll always keep you updated.
Made to Order Items
Many of our products are created in small batches or printed just for you.
These items take 2–3 weeks to be made and dispatched.
Personalised Items
All personalised products are made to order and will always take 2–3 weeks before dispatch.
🚚 Delivery
We use a tracked delivery service for all orders to ensure peace of mind from our door to yours.
- Orders under £40: £2.99 (tracked service)
- Orders over £40: Free tracked delivery
- International orders: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location
Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.

We keep things as green as possible here at Green Cheeks.
- We reuse packaging whenever we can
- New packaging is paper-based or fully recyclable
- We avoid plastic wherever possible
- Please reuse or recycle your packaging when your order arrives
