Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policy

At Green Cheeks, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the information below before requesting a return.


Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations on eligible items.

  • Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

  • Return items within: 14 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Returned items must arrive in original, unused condition. If they are not returned in this condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Because of the nature of some products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following (unless the item arrives damaged or defective):

1. Personalised Items

Any product customised with a name, initial, date, or wording.

2. Made to Order Items with Special Requests

This includes items created specifically to your instructions, colours, or pattern placements.

3. Intimate or Hygiene Items

Including cloth nappies, inserts, nursing items, and any product that has been tried on or used.

4. Used Items

Any item that shows signs of wear, washing, or use.

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before sending it back.


Care Information for Returns

To remain eligible for return, products must be:

  • Clean

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Free from odours, pet hair, stains or marks

  • In original packaging (where applicable)


🧼 Care Requirements for Different Product Types

To help your items last as long as possible:

Changing Bags 

  • Wipe-clean or hand wash only

  • Do not machine wash

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Do not soak

  • Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers

Water Bottles & Cups

  • Hand wash only

  • Not dishwasher safe

  • Avoid soaking, scrubbing with abrasives 

Cloth Nappies

Please follow the care guidelines on our Nappy Care page. Incorrect care can affect absorbency and damage fabrics.


Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Green Cheeks items are covered by a 12-month warranty from date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.

✔️ What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturing faults in:

  • Fabric

  • Waterproof TPU

  • Stitching

  • Poppers

  • Zips

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

These issues are considered normal wear and tear or damage from use:

  • Rips or tears

  • Snags

  • Pilling

  • Fading

  • Colour runs

  • Stains

  • Odours

  • Leaks (not caused by a manufacturing flaw)

  • Velcro curling

  • General deterioration through daily use

Warranty is also void if the item has been:

  • Machine washed when “hand wash only” is required (bags, bottles, accessories)

  • Washed above 40°C

  • Tumble dried on high heat

  • Dried directly on radiators

  • Exposed to bleach, harsh detergents, fabric softeners, stain removers, barrier creams

  • Soaked for long periods

  • Used in a way that the product is not intended for


If You Believe Your Item Is Faulty

If you feel your item has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Email us with your order number

  2. Include clear photos and a description of the fault

  3. We may request the item be returned for assessment

  4. If deemed faulty, we will replace the item with the same or closest equivalent

  5. Replacement shipping is covered by Green Cheeks

Proof of purchase is required.
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and does not cover second-hand items.


If You Purchased from a Stockist or Third Party

Please contact the retailer directly and follow their returns and warranty policies.
